I am Paul Nelhart. I run HX Holdings out of the north Chicago suburbs.
I have spent years running a specialty contractor on the install side — which means I have spent those same years on the receiving end of other people's drawings. I know exactly what a bad set costs once it reaches a shop floor or a job site, and it is never the price of the drawing.
HX Construction Design is built around one observation: the most experienced person in a drawing department spends most of the week on work that does not need their experience, and the work that does need it goes unwatched. That is a fixable problem, and fixing it does not require hiring anyone.
We produce the working plans your qualified person directs, reviews, corrects, and seals. We are accountable for what we hand you. Your people stay in charge of the job.
